Some time slots may be available for 60 or 75 minutes, depending on availability. ⚫︎ Group Reservation: We do not accept reservations for groups larger than 6 people. ⚫︎ Table Arrangement: If you reserve multiple tables, we cannot guarantee they will be placed next to each other. ⚫︎ Receiving Emails: Please ensure you can receive emails from @toreta.info and @kastanie.co.jp. Reservation confirmation emails may not be received due to spam filters. ⚫︎ Seat Availability: All available seats are shown in real-time. If a time slot is not available, it cannot be reserved, but cancellations will automatically reopen the booking. ⚫︎ No Smoking: All seats are non-smoking. ⚫︎ Credit Card Information: You will be asked to register your credit card details when making a reservation. We will only charge the cancellation fee to your card in the event of a no-show.
