Reservation Information • We also accept reservations made by corporate representatives or secretaries on behalf of guests. • For reservations via a hotel operator/main line, IP phone, or international phone number, please use our dedicated online reservation site (credit card registration required). • If advance confirmation is not possible or if a booking falls outside our terms, the reservation may be canceled. • Note: We cannot accept reservations via email or international phone calls. • Dedicated Online Reservation Site: https://tabelog.com/en/tokyo/A1308/A130802/13213940/party/ Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made 3 or fewer business days before the reservation date (excluding weekends and holidays) will incur a 30% cancellation fee. • Cancellations on the day before or day of the reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee. (Reducing the number of guests on the reservation day is treated as a same-day cancellation.) • The cancellation fee is based on the full course price per reserved guest, including tax and any private room charges. We will charge the full course fee for each guest reserved. • Changes to the date or number of guests within the cancellation fee period will incur the applicable fee at the time of the change. If the reservation is later canceled after such a change, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original reservation date. • If we cannot verify your identity for reservations made via a hotel main line, IP phone, or international call, the reservation will be canceled. In such cases, please make your booking through the credit card registration site noted above.
