ご予約の際の注意事項 ■ キャンセルについて キャンセルおよびご予約内容の変更につきましては、下記のキャンセル料を頂戴いたします。 当日：コース料金の100％ 前日：コース料金の50％ より良いお料理をご提供するため、ご予約に合わせて食材の仕入れや仕込みを行っております。何卒ご理解くださいますようお願いいたします。 ■ アレルギー・苦手な食材について アレルギーや苦手な食材がございましたら、お連れ様にもご確認のうえ、必ずご予約時にお知らせください。 当日のお申し出には対応できない場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。 ジビエが苦手なお客様には、ジビエを使用しない季節のコースをご用意いたします。 ■ 記念日・お誕生日について お誕生日や大切な記念日には、メッセージプレートを無料でご用意しております。 小さなケーキ（¥2,500）、ミニブーケ（¥3,500〜）もご用意可能です。ご予約時にお申し付けください。 ■ レーズンバターサンドについて レーズンバターサンド（¥3,400）は、ご来店のお客様に優先的に販売しております。 ご希望の際はご予約時にお申し付けください。 ■ ご連絡先について ご予約の際は、正確な電話番号・メールアドレスをご入力ください。 ご入力いただいた連絡先に不備があり、ご予約の確認が取れない場合は、キャンセル扱いとさせていただく場合がございます。 ■ サービス料について ご飲食代に別途サービス料10％を頂戴しております。 ■ その他 土日祝日は、¥7,800・¥13,800のコースはお休みとなります。 個室をご希望の場合は、別途個室料を頂戴しております。 Important Information Regarding Reservations ■ For Guests Visiting from Overseas Guests making reservations from overseas are kindly requested to use the English reservation website below. We appreciate your understanding. ■ Cancellations For cancellations or changes to your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply: On the day: 100% of the course price One day before: 50% of the course price To provide the best possible dining experience, we carefully source ingredients and begin preparations according to each reservation. We kindly ask for your understanding. ■ Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions If you or any members of your party have food allergies or ingredients you prefer to avoid, please inform us at the time of reservation after confirming with all members of your party. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of your visit. For guests who prefer not to have game meat, we are happy to prepare a seasonal course without game meat. ■ Birthdays & Special Occasions We are pleased to offer a complimentary message plate for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. A small cake (¥2,500) and a mini bouquet (from ¥3,500) are also available upon request. If we are unable to confirm your reservation due to incorrect or incomplete contact information, your reservation may be cancelled. ■ Service Charge A 10% service charge will be added to your food and beverage bill. ■ Other Information The ¥7,800 and ¥13,800 lunch courses are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Private dining rooms are available for an additional fee.
