- 予約不可のお日にちでも、店舗に直接お問い合わせいただければお席がご用意できることがあります。
-18時〜21時まではコース料理のみでのご案内となります。21時以降はアラカルト・単品でのご注文のご予約も可能です。アラカルトをご希望のお客様は誠に恐れ入りますが店舗に直接ご連絡下さいますようお願い申し上げます。
-誠に恐れ入りますが、カウンター席はコースご利用のお客様優先とさせていただきます。
- 仕入の都合上、ご予約当日のキャンセルはキャンセルチャージ100%頂戴いたします。
-当店は、無断キャンセルなどの不正な予約を防止し、お客さまに安心してご来店いただくため、ご予約時にお客さまのクレジットカード情報をご登録いただいております。
ご予約のキャンセル・変更が発生した場合は、キャンセルポリシーに記載の条件に基づいて、お預かりしたクレジットカード情報からキャンセル料をご請求させていただきますが、それ以外の目的で代金などをチャージすることはございません。(デポジットではございません)
ご飲食の代金は、当日ご利用いただく店舗で直接お支払いください。
※カード会社の処理の都合上、ご利用明細に本利用が表示されるケースもありますが、その場合も料金は課金されませんのでご安心ください。
※デビットカードのご利用も可能ですが、以下の理由により推奨しておりません。なるべくクレジットカードでの決済をお願いいたします。
•デビットカードを利用された場合、即時引き落としが行われるケースがあります。こちらは通常通り御来店頂いた場合概ね1ヶ月後に返金されます。(具体的な時期につきましてはクレジットカード会社によって前後する場合がございます)
•引き落としがあった場合につきましても、御来店の当日に全ての御飲食代を頂戴致します。予めご了承ください。

After the end of Corona,we are happy to receive many reservations from overseas customers,
but we are sometimes also sad.
Unauthorized reservation cancellations and no shows occur frequently.
My shop is a small shop with 8 seats at the counter. I have a favor to ask of all of you.
Every morning I go to the market to purchase fresh fishes for those who have made reservations. All the ingredients that I have purchased will go to waste. That’s very sad.
If your schedule changes during your trip and you need to cancel,please be sure to contact us at least one day in advance.
We hope that your trip will be an irreplaceable memory.

As a general rule,we don’t accept reservations with debit cards.
While other card companies don’t charge deposits at the time of booking,however debit cards are charged once at the time of booking.
You will pay after you eat at the restaurant.
The payment you made at the make a reservation will be refunded about one month later.
We have tested it many times and it is confirmed.My dear customers who want to use debit cards should be aware of this.
If you use a debit cards,all food and drinks must be paid on the day of your visit.
- Even on a day where you cannot make a reservation, we may be able to prepare a seat if you contact the store directly.
- Please understand that we cannot specify the type of seating.
- For availability reasons, there will be a 100% cancellation charge for cancellations done on the day of reservation.
* We are honored that our “Sea Urchin Festival” video clip on YouTube has been attracting considerable interest of overseas customers, however, it is an irregular event and our regular dinner menu is “Omakase Kiwami Course(The Chef’s Ultimate Course)” only.
-In order to prevent sudden cancellation or No Show, we require customers to register their credit card information to confirm the reservation.
In the event of cancellation or No Show, a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card based on our cancellation policy.
Credit card will not be used for any other purpose, and your dining charge will be billed in the restaurant separately.
*Due to the credit card company’s processing, the amount may be displayed on your statement first, but please be assured that the amount is just an authorisation hold. It will be released if there’s not cancellation or No Show.
*Debit cards we don’t accept , we do not recommend for the following reason.
In some cases the amount will be deducted immediately if it's debit card, then the amount will be refunded after you visit the store. (Refunds may take several weeks.)
