We’ve had many travelers mistakenly book for the wrong date due to time zone differences. Please make sure your selected date aligns with your travel schedule. ⚠️This is 【Shibuya Store in Tokyo! 】 We also have Kyoto Store, be sure not to visit different place! **2.One plate per person policy.** We kindly ask that each guest orders at least one plate. Sharing one plate among multiple guests is not allowed. Thank you for your understanding. ◼︎About cancellation 1. If you cancel without notice on the day, we will charge 【a fee of 3,000 yen per person】. *Due to an increase in no-shows, we have implemented a cancellation fee policy. This measure helps prevent the waste of ingredients prepared for the day and ensures that we can accommodate customers who visit on the day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation fee. In principle, we do not accept refunds. 2. If you are coming as a group, please make sure that using one representative’s name makes the reservation.
